As the business world melds with the scientific world, there has become a specific need for editing and consultation of business documents. For this reason, we have added Megan Silverman to the growing list of editors at Empirical Editing. Megan provides a unique background to our group. After receiving her Bachelors of Science, she continued on to receive her Masters of Fine Arts in Professional Writing. She has over four years of experience working in corporate America and recently received a leadership award based on her hard work and dedication to helping her team run efficiently at work.
Aside from her work experience and exposure to business and financial writing, her graduate work focused on proposal writing, speech writing, creative writing, newspaper and magazine writing, and writing for digital media. Megan has a unique background in science and writing making her especially adept at writing, editing and consulting on scientific documents intended for the layperson. She can assist in the editing or writing press releases on scientific findings, business proposals for biotech companies, admission statements for graduate school and resumes.
